Excellent location, especially if you're traveling by train, with late evening arrival, and early am departure. Was in town for the coastal walks, and the cosy room had everything I need after a long day. Lovely hosts, and they keep the place spotless clean!

Location, location, location! Breathtaking views and close proximity to Newquay centre. Upgrades have and continue to be made and those complete to date and excellent. Bus stop serving Newquay Airport and Padstow literally opposite hotel! Staff were very courteous and friendly especially Julie who certainly enhanced our stay!

The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and the room we got had an amazing view of the sea! Was a short walk down to the Porth beach shore and a very scenic walking route into Newquay Town. Even though there was no food served at night, we were able to order food in and grab a drink in the bar. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
