The room was lovely and big. Though my room toilet was not ensuite it was just outside the door and it was only used by me. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Emily was lovely answering all my questions through the app. It was clear and well communicated. I

It was very connivingly to travel to and from, the was extremely convent as was that dishes and pans were provided. The amenities were nice and fairly comftable.

Good traffic management and brilliant access to motorways & Airport. No favourite place did not stay long enough. Hotel accommodation abysmal. Left Scunthorpe having visited hotel and comprehended dirt, grime and unsanitary conditions inside.

There are some nice areas in scunthorpe but too many not so...

There are some nice areas in scunthorpe but too many not so nice.I have two young children of ago/ English de scent and we have had problems with certain quarters one of a violent nature which both me and my daughter where assaulted.But the schools are excellent and there are some decent pubs and eating places once u get used to the place.

We had a problem with the Toilet, the staff was told about...

We had a problem with the Toilet, the staff was told about this, the replay was " We know about the problem" that was it, no we will move you to a new room or even an apology. Since then We are receiving a refund.

Close to the train station. Abt 4 mins.

Close to the train station. Abt 4 mins. Then abt 25min walk to The Baths Hall Theatre. Near to a Wetherspoons pub on the way. Called the Blue Bell Inn. Lovely food & staff. Great place. Heater in the room. Plenty of buses. Near a great museum.

One of the friendliest places we've been to.

One of the friendliest places we've been to. Lots to do some lovely shops in the town centre and plenty if places rp eat and drink. Will definitely visit again we didn't have enough time there. Lovely bnb right in the centre with free parking

Everything i needed was within 150yds of the hotel.

Everything i needed was within 150yds of the hotel. Restaurants, bars, take aways etc. Perfect. Chinese Restaurant over the road and 40yds down not good however. Missed courses and extremely small portions. Rice served then 20 mins later the meat dish turned up.

Recently spent two nights at this hotel whilst visiting family in Lincolnshire. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the inclusive breakfast was extremely good. In the evening the bar menu, though a little limited, provided generous proportions at reasonable cost, as were the drinks. We had a family room and took advantage of their off-season offers which represented excellent value for money. A good location if visiting north Lincolnshire.

Grosvenor selected purely on price as other branded chain hotels over charging. Whereas I am realistic about value for money many other business travellers would find the Grosvenor unacceptable. I was site working and basically needed a bed and a shower. A really good feature is is fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook for yourself and save considerably on eating out.

The hotel receptionist was wonderful, extremely welcoming. The room was spotless and well equipped. The restaurant is clearly very popular as it was full, the food was wonderful and very reasonable.
