Seahouses is a great place to base yourselves for a visit to this area. Pick your times well and you can walk to Bamburgh along the lovely sandy beach with stunning views of the Farne islands and Lindisfarne in the distance. You have a choice of shops and can get your essentials from a couple of small supermarkets. You have a choice of eateries. Lovely place with plenty of shop's and pubs and eating places. Lovely harbour where you can sit and look out to sea and just chill. Plenty of boat trips and a couple of golf courses nearby. This is an amazing village filled with interesting shops and pubs and eating places. The harbour is beautiful and interesting, and the boats to the Farne Islands made it special. Very comfortable in every aspect, kitchen, bedrooms, living room all faultless. Hosts and neighbours all very friendly and chatty. Location was exceptional on the Seahouses harbour. It was a two minute walk to the harbour, shops and pubs. Couldn't have got a better location for us and the added bonus of being a lovely quiet area.
