Highly recommend this lovely motel, very clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. Came in January but the grounds of the motel look like a wonderful place to sit out on a summer evening and relax. Owner is a lovely chap. Go and visit The Swan you'll not be disappointed 🙂

The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits were amazing. I wish they’d had bags of them for sale! The breakfast was also amazing, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted. The hotel was in an excellent location. A short walk into beautiful Southwold. We would definitely love to stay again.

Staff were really friendly and very professional. Comfortable room and bed. Very accommodating - adjusted my booking when I couldn't travel due to illness, asked my preferred time each day for breakfast and dinner. Fantastic food. Free and spacious parking. Very fair place and good value for money.

    We went to the sealife centre in Great Yarmouth and then had fish and chips, a truly British seaside experience Had an excellent meal at The Crown, Southwold A smaller seaside with a lovely pier to wander along. We went into the town of Southwold, didn't have much time as we went for a meal but it looked very nice and worth another visit
