It was a lovely as everyone said! Perfect in every way. The host was so friendly and welcoming and everything was comfortable. It was spacious with a brilliant kitchen.m, which is an Important feature in this season as there was nothing open anywhere. We were blessed to be able to cook up a hot meal.

Hotel was not busy when I was there, so got an complimentary upgrade to the most beautiful room with an astonishing view of the water and all the way to the Isle of Skye. Loved everything about the room, bed was comfortable, chairs to watch the sunset were excellently placed right at the windows. Breakfast was great, good options and big portions. Also enjoyed the food in the pub, can only recommend!

Great location! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel very welcome with our baby and dog. Our room was much bigger than we thought it would be. Dinner service was amazing! Would recommend to others!

We checked in so late due to some road repair works around 11 pm, yet everything was perfectly arranged at the reception with directions to go to the room and wifi password. Rooms had a Victorian look, the beds were cozy, room heaters were working, We were late for breakfast, the staffs were kind enough to arrange the basic stuffs. Overall a very warm feeling on a long road trip

Beautiful location on the loch side with small outdoor terrace, and across from the oldest brewery on Skye. Rooms in a separate building from the pub - very comfortable room with all facilities needed. Quiet. Pub restaurant was good - fast service , good menu and bonus of live music session of traditional Scottish music. Couldn' be better. parking also right opposite in small car park.

The location is sublime and the interior has been decorated beautifully to reflect its location. The bedroom was simple but elegant, as were all the public rooms, the latter making lovely cozy, comfortable areas to sit and unwind. We ate both nights in the bar and the food was really good. Breakfast surpassed itself: the buffet was delicious and the cooked was perfectly presented and delicious. Whoever cooks the eggs Isa MAESTRO! I had the best poached and the best scrambled I’ve ever eaten. Just perfect.

Beautiful wild beaches. Plenty wildlife.

Beautiful wild beaches. Plenty wildlife. Nature lovers' paradise . I walked far and wide, in all weathers. Seals and eagles. It's quiet of people noise, alive with Nature sounds. It is remote and you have to love the space and wildness of the area. The hosts are superb and so helpful. Could not find fault anywhere.

If you like a quiet location with great views, this is the...

If you like a quiet location with great views, this is the place for you. Be prepared to travel on single track roads with passing places. Also be prepared for some of the most stunning beaches and some magnificent walking to suit all abilities. The local butcher in Gairloch is very well stocked with excellent meat and a good range of fresh vegetables. A number of excellent eating places, too numerous to mention.

It was perfect!!!

It was perfect!!! I have a toddler and just had a wee baby so I needed a wee weekend brake away to refresh my head hahah. I couldn’t be in such better place! There was everything I needed for baby: high chair, cot, changing mat, also there’s a bath… but the best thing is everything is secured, there’s covers on plugs and the living room is so spacious for my wee one to crawl around. Also there was a wee consol and YouTube/Netflix so even with the storm outside my wee toddler was kept occupied with his favorite shows, while I’m cooking in a very well equipped kitchen! It has everything you need!! Even a robot to wipe cream! Its situated in the middle of no where, it’s all countryside all around. Very good technology like the lights of every room can be bright or not, Tv in each bedroom. The bed was comfy, everything was fresh and very very clean! And the sofas just swallows you, not wanting to get off the sofas hahahah it’s big and cause and feels warm! Really It’s absolutely PERFECT! We want to make this place a every year routine weekend. I am absolutely in love!
