The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were attending a wedding in the town and arrived very early to the hotel. They allowed us to check in way before our time. The bar staff were great. Very attentive and friendly. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room.

Really lovely comfortable and clean farm house in a great location.Trevor was incredibly helpful and welcoming.The little touches like scones, chocolate biscuits and milk in the fridge were great. As was the information on recommended restraunts, take aways and taxis. We would definetly stay again.

What a fantastic venue Rondo's is. Desmond, the host, was incredibly warm and welcoming. He greeted me from the bus station on a rainy day. He then served up a cup of tea and biscuits. We had a great talk and then he gave me a quick tour of the house. He was available if needed at any point, he gave advice to the local area, and was kind enough to give me a ride down to a wedding I was there for. The neighbourhood is quiet, bed, WiFi, breakfast, water pressure, all excellent. The location is about a 25 min walk to the town centre. 20 mins to the eco park. 5 mins to a convenience store. Cannot thank Desmond enough. I would definitely stay again.

Had a home disaster and had to spend the night here. It was so cosy and warm. The kids was very sad to go as they thought it was our new home. Wished we could spend more days there. The host was very nice and understanding too.

I Love How Peaceful The Area Was, & How Much Privacy The Cottage Provided. It Was Cozy & Comfy 💯 & So Much Character The Cottage Had. Loved Everything Detail, Down To The Little Monkey 🐒 Hanging On The String Light in The Unsuit Bathroom. Homely But Modern.Spotlessly Clean, Crisp White Sheets🤍 I Really Liked How Friendly The Own Is, Lovely Man 💯 Lovely Accent 😉 But Over All Our Autistic Son Really Enjoyed His Short Stay He Doesn't Like To Be Restricted In One Room, Lots Of Room For Him To Patter Around. Over All Experience Of Ballyconnelly Cottage 10/10 if there was a 5 star ⭐ button I would press it 💯 I've been all over, Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales n this property is definitely up in The top 5 favorite spots so far..     The location was very central to Northern Ireland so I was...

    The location was very central to Northern Ireland so I was able to get around to do and to see everything I wanted by staying here. The property is beautiful, the room and bed was very cozy, it was very clean, the breakfast was the best I had in all of Ireland, and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place for travelers.

    We had a very enjoyable stay at Springmount.

    We had a very enjoyable stay at Springmount. Everything was to the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay an enjoyable one. If you are looking for a clean and enjoyable friendly stay at Springmount I can recommend it. You will not be disappointed and you can be sure Nicky will look after your every need. It was a pleasure to have stayed at Springmount.
