This hotel is exceptional. The faculties are amazing. There’s a pool, a games room, even a sitting room for the dogs who are staying in the hotel. There was even a harpist entertaining in the evening! The whole place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and there are lots of original art works around. The location is great and there’s lots of safe parking on site. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Overall a very traditional type hotel but amazingly friendly and professional staff. We left our phone charger in the room and they called us right away to let us know. Extremely thoughtful and customer focussed to know that would have caused us some inconvenience. Full marks to all staff!! Really refreshing to meet such a terrific number of individuals who knew how to delight customers with exceptional service!!

My single room was perfect. It had all you might expect, wardrobe, desk, chair, hairdryer, drink making facilities. My bed was one of the comfiest I've slept on, and the room was lovely and clean. It also had its own shower room, which was nicely stocked with shower gel and soaps and, again, was lovely and clean. For breakfast, there was a help yourself buffet, which consisted of both hot and cold choices, from a full English to cereals and toast. The area was well presented, and the cooked breakfast I had was hot and tasty. The staff were friendly, chatty, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is a 5 min walk from the high street, with a nice selection of shops and cafés and about 10 mins to the seafront. The promenade is on the flat, as is the shopping area, for anyone with difficulty walking, it's ideal. The castle is about 10 mins walk and there is a cafe and arcade along the way, with a lovely fish and chip shop. For anyone reading this, I would highly recommend Four Seasons, for the lovely staff, excellent location, great room, and lovely breakfast choice, it has it all.

We were originally booked for their sister hotel (Quneensbridge) we received a lovely call from Rita who had the task of moving dwellers to their Four seasons hotel, due to issues the previous night. We were provided a substantial upgrade! Such a friendly atmosphere when we arrived and an efficient and effortless check in. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, just outside of the centre. Within walking distance of the promenade and driving distance of many wonderful attractions e.g. devils bridge, bwlch nant yr arian (red kite feeding). Beautiful decorated house with character and a large drive for multiple cars to park. The owner was helpful and responded to any queries quickly.

    Excellent guest house with remarkable facilities for the price. Location a little limited for hospitality facilities. The local pub, withing walking distance, is friendly but has only a limited "traditional" menu. If wildlife is your interest, the location is ideal for trips to Rspb Ynys Hir and the Dyfi osprey project. There is good walking with beautiful scenery in the locality but it's quite hilly.

    There wasn’t anything to fault it was a very pleasurable stay with the little added extras like phone charger, variety of teas, slippers and dressing gowns at no extra cost. It was very comfortable and spacious.Judy and Dave were very good hosts and nothing was too much for them
