Great hotel, wonderful and friendly staff. Beds were so comfy, had a fantastic nights sleep. Best hotel breakfast I've had for a long time. Exceptional value for money. Will definitely be back.

Hugh was amazing, he made you feel instantly welcome, even coming out to the car when we arrived to help unload luggage and bring it inside. We had dinner there and were once again treated exceptionally. Breakfast was also scrumptious with extensive selections. My 17-year-old son can not stop talking about the amazing experience he had at this hotel and he has traveled extensively in his short life. I also cannot say enough about this place.

Wonderful historical hotel. The view across to the Pier and the North Sea was wonderful. Great to open the window and hear the waves crashing against the sea wall. I commend the Staff at the hotel. Like so many hotels and restaurants both in the U.K. and Canada, full staffing is a problem since Covid. The people at this hotel were amazing, many having to cover more than one position. They were so friendly and helpful. Would return to The Red Lion if we ever come that way again.

    Surprise stay for my husbands 70th birthday, age range of guests 2yrs-68, FANTASTIC! We stayed at The Great South Barn in December. Location was excellent, accommodation excellent, everything we needed, clean, tidy, modern and very spacious for 10 and a half people. Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. It was lovely to find a bottle of fizz and flowers on the table on our arrival - thank you. Also the recently installed hot tub was a lovely surprise and got a lot of use. Well done to you all. Trunch is in a good location to visit a lot of places of interest in Norfolk and also close to beaches. Went in to Cromer to for celebratory meal at Galton Blakistons No1 Cromer Fish and chip Restaurant and would highly recommend. Local pub Vernon Arms at Southrepps also excellent! Well worth a visit, would highly recommend.
