I was walking the coast path. The Portreath Arms is so welcoming and very dog friendly. Bowls, biscuits and bed for the dog. Lovely clean room. Great food, and so helpful in the morning sending me off with something to eat and drink when I had to leave before breakfast started. Thank you.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff were so lovely and welcoming which made our stay so much better. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was extremely clean. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff gave us a card and a bottle of Prosecco which just shows just how exceptional their customer service is. They gave us advice on where to visit and the best locations to watch the sunset which was appreciated. Definitely coming back next year :)

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was a lovely hotel, friendly staff, good location and free parking. Great and fresh breakfast which includes a few options to choose from. The room was very quiet, the comfy bed and included all needed facilities. The dining experience was nice with a good dishes and good service.

Thank you once again for welcoming us to your wonderful hotel. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Thank you so much to Carley for being so friendly and a wonderful person to talk to. All the receptionist stuff is so polite and very helpful. We stayed in room number 4 this time, and it was indeed spacious and very comfortable. I must say it was such a delight to meet Jenny once again she has a heart of gold and a wonderful person to meet every morning for breakfast. We had a lovely catch-up, and I just feel that she is family to me. As always, Jenny is kind and caring. The hotel was decorated to celebrate the Halloween festive season, and thank you for all the lollipops, haha!! Also, thank you for letting family members of mine come and see me and to use your car park that was much appreciated. Looking forward to coming back into December thank you so much.

Great accommodating friendly staff., who said they’d keep the kitchen open if we were late as been working. We had a refurbished room, not big but ok for a couple, which was very nice with super comfy bed, nice decor and a good power shower. Breakfast was good too. Ample parking

Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Comfortable bed, lovely shower and very clean. Free carpark is about 100 yards walk from the property. Staff were extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the checking in process and during my stay. Excellent WiFi connection.
