Lovely staff here, so helpful. Great breakfast selection good value for money. Lunch and dinner options are well priced and taste great. Clean comfortable rooms. Location was perfect for us. Over all good value for money. Didn't get to use the spa but it looked wonderful.

We picked the Roebuck for our final 6 days in England because of its convenient location for touring as well as being near Gatwick for our departure. Excellent choice. It was convenient and so much more. The staff are friendly and cheerful. Our 5 days trips were so easy, down to the coast, motorway to Chatham, local gardens and walks, and a lovely country drive to Surrey. Returning each day to a pleasant relaxing pub was perfect. The drive to Gatwick on our final morning was quick and easy. We highly recommend this Inn.

This was our second visit, which was just as good as the first. We were warmly greeted, and because the restaurant was fully booked we requested food in our room. Within minutes there was delicious hot food brought up, and it was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We cannot rate this place highly enough. It isreal treat to stay here, and to eat here.

    We booked this amazing property for a few days away to relax...

    We booked this amazing property for a few days away to relax and we were not disappointed! If you want complete relaxation, peace and quiet this is the place for you. The photographs do not do it justice! The property itself is spotlessly clean and up to date with everything you need including a fantastic large kitchen. The beds and linens were of very good quality, an amazing nights sleep! Brilliant shower! You get your own private enclosed orchard which was great to watch the sunset across the open fields. Rebecca was able to answer all of our questions and was a great host available to message any time. I regret writing this as I don’t want the secret of this truly wonderful booking to get out but alas others need to enjoy it. Everything you wish for in a rural retreat, utter bliss and perfection glad we discovered this property and we will be returning.
