Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out process. Night little pub underneath but very quiet. Lots of amenities in the room, including fan, iron, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Modern bathroom. Good free WiFi. Parking was very close by for a small fee. Would stay again.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit 10 minutes walk from the venue we were visiting. Excellent value for money. Good size room well furnished. Lovely large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a wow! Nearly the same size as the bedroom with a huge walk in shower and lovely spacious bath. Loved the complimentary continental breakfast. Lots of choices. The staff were lovely and both times we stayed we were lucky that our room was ready on our arrival so didn't have to wait till check in time. We didn't expect this but it was a lovely unexpected bonus. The car park has been extended this year which made it much easier to park. All in all a really great stay and exceptional value and would definitely stay again if visiting Boston.

    This is a great location and has an exceptional host, hence I highly recommend a stay here. Your host, Brian, will make sure you have all that you need and will give you great local knowledge including where to eat so do not be shy as he is a great host and I had some very useful conversations even only there a short time.
