Although English is not widely spoken,there was always a staff member who was fluent in English. The staff were wonderful,helping and organising personal tours,and the train back to Tbilisi. The Monarch Hotel is the only place in the world,in my experience ,that offered Caviar at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was so good,with many choices and fresh fruit. The location is just around the corner from Europe Square,and walking distance to many sites.

Excellent hotel! Everything is new, clean, and nicely decorated. The rooms are modern, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and everything is fresh. The location is convenient, with everything you need for a great stay nearby. It was a pleasure staying here I will definitely come back again!

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it's safe and comfortable to stay here. Especially the front desk staff Lasha and Anri, their service is very good and they are very patient. Lasha is very handsome. It was a pleasant trip for me, and the breakfast was also delicious. I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and easy.
