This stay is perfect for who wishes to be somewhere around Kutaisi but does not like to stay in the city buzz. We were warm welcomed here and I can easily say that from our entire trip through Georgia, this is where we ate the best. You can take the opportunity to cook together with the hostess who is véry passionate! Also the rooms are good and with good airconditioning.

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. Location was brilliant in the centre of everything, the design of the hotel is lovely and our room was clean and spacious. Importantly, the staff were very helpful, warm and welcoming. We also arrived late in the evening with heavy rain so ate in the restaurant. The restaurant food and service also exceeded our expectations with very fresh local cuisine.

We loved the ambience and locality. It was exactly how it was depicted in the website. Excellent breakfast as well! Also Zaza was an excellent host. We would come back again, if we ever visit Georgia!

At first I was a bit skeptical about the location since it’s my first time in Kutaisi, but luckily it was a good one. The service I’ve received here was excellent, amazing and sweet staff who were very hospitable and helpful. I had a lovely spread of fresh breakfast everyday as well. One thing that amazed me was the room, I believe they gave me one of the best ones because I was extremely satisfied with it. It’s spacious and has everything you need to get cosy in. I first booked for two nights then ended up extending it to 2 nights more just because it’s comfortable and safe. As a tourist, the staff really look out for you.
