Extremely welcoming upon arrival. We stayed in room 7 which was fantastic with a lovely balcony overlooking the port. Modern minimalist design, spotless, with good quality linen and toiletries. Stylish bar and restaurant on site. Sakis helped make our holiday more enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble.

Location is excellent. This is an unpreetentious accommodation in a very good and quiet side of the island. The furniture is not the newest but the room has everything you need. Excellent value for money (price is the lowest in the area) and I am happy to have found this low budget option.Will return soon!

Staff were so warm and welcoming, really friendly. The rooms were fine, plenty of space for us two and nice and clean. I loved the balcony to sit out on in the mornings! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops, literally around the corner. The breakfast was good and tables outside were nice to sit at for a drink before we went out. Highly recommend, I hope we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay ! The host was super super nice, he even picked up us from the port to the hotel. He was always very responsive. The room was very clean, it had everything we needed. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to the beach. We had a lovely stay!

Plenty of space in the room and on the terrace; everything one needs to cook if that is what you want; great shower pressure; efficient air con and if there is anything you need, just ask the wonderful Mr Kiriakos and it will be there. The gorgeous Lividakia beach is a 4 minute walk away and lively but relaxing Livadi port just 10 minutes.
