We were staying a few twisty miles from the main town which is a very interesting place on a steep hill and with almost no traffic - the streets and alley ways are just too narrow. Although we were there at the end of the season there were still a few good restaurants open

A highly interesting and atmospheric town with at least 2...

A highly interesting and atmospheric town with at least 2 good restaurants. It is set on a steep hillside and a good deal of strenuous walking is included in a stay-walking is the only way to get around. The 2500 years old stone lion on the edge of town is worth the effort to get to it. If we went again we would choose to go a bit more in season when more shops and restaurants are open.

The beaches rival those of anywhere in the world. This history of the Island is fascinating and the locals genuinely friendly. I would recommend this Island and in particular the villa we stayed at for peace, tranquillity and beauty. The view of the harbour at night is so beautiful. No wonder the ferries are so busy bringing people from the mainland.

There was a very good selection of breakfast foods to choose from. You are given a list on arrival and you tick the items on it that you want. However you will get the same things everyday unless you ask to change! Our room was super clean, bright and airy and very tastefully equipped. Great attention to detail. We had a very nice balcony with the most spectacular views of Kea and nearby islands. I would say probably the best views in Ioulida. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Exactly as it shown at the photos! The house was very clean and well organised, all the amenities that you need and a very comfortable bed. It is located in the centre of the Chora (Ioulida) with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep The hostess Maria and her team was always there to help and provided all the necessary information for a pleasant stay at the island!

The property has large balcony with beautiful views and spacious bedrooms and common areas. Clean, with all necessary equipment. Very friendly and generous hosts, helpful during check in and check out, also offered complementary treats at the apartment!

Great location in the village of Ioulida. A few steps away from the main alley with restaurants and shops. Christina is amazing and very helpful with sny qyestion I had and the apartment is beautiful and clean. Sea view and lovely terrace are 10+!
