It was its first year and I think it’s done quite well. The place is fresh and the service is great too. The host is extremely friendly and Adi has done great. Helped us out after having accident too in case of any emergency. Showers are great, the pool in the room and in the pool is kept clean. If you go in season you will encounter wasps and mosquitoes. Bear in mind the place is a slight distance away and in the mountains, so be sure to be all inclusive if you haven’t rented a car. Tv is great, wifi is super quick and parking is enough for 6-7 car as it’s parked on an incline. Forgive me for the bathroom pics but the bathroom is lovely.

Everything! Staff, room (OMG, it was the most comfortable bed and pillows from all our trips), food, location, service. We arrived late (after dinner) and were surprised with the hot dinner in the room. We went for a quiet holiday and we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely come back here again.

Excellent food all round, superb quality accommodation and really wonderful staff. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves one as it was excellent and epitomises what you would hope for (but often don't get) from a 5 start resort. A special mention must go to the staff who seemed really motivated to ensure you had the best possible time. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and food in both of the themed restaurants and the main restaurant were top class, range of cocktails available were great as well. There are plenty of swimming pool areas and sunbeams and balinese beds were ample in quantity. The perfect adult only 5 star holiday for rest and relaxation

A wonderful experience..I felt right at home!😊 My stay at Hotel Mandala was absolutely awesome. Chris and all the team were great. Chris was amazing..always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The location… wow!!It’s right in front of the sea..super amazing!!steps away from the beach. You can watch the sunrise just by walking out the door..incredible!! Having breakfast with that magical ocean view was simply unforgettable. I would go back for sure. Great hotel for a 3 night stay in Zakynthos! Very close to the airport (8 minutes-15 euro ride), walkable to restaurants in Kalamaki (10 minute walk) and the facitliies on the grounds are great. Walkable to the beach- though we didn't stay. Little corner store 2 minute walk. We spent every morning at the adult pool (only about 5 couples were there) and the afternoon at the other pool. The breakfast was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly want, but the best part is it was hot. Buffet breakfasts can be hit or miss, this was stellar! Highly recommend.
