Service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond making excellent recommendations and providing an amazing spread for breakfast. Panoramic oof top breakfasts were delicious and varied day to day. The chef was very proud of her creations and you could taste it!

Dear team of The Amalen Suites. I would like to say thank you for our stay. I work in the hospitality and luxury industry and I was really surprised to find this kind of hospitality and this quality of service in your place. I appreciate all the detals founded in your room, it’s very personnalized. (Until the embroidery on the sheets, and towels) and thanks for the equipments and the good bedding!! Excellent modern - antique design! Beautiful in every detail! Very helpful staff (Tonia) with a lot of information and addresses, even though we did not meet in person during our two day visit. We got the entrance code and everything else was easy. We had an impression that the whole building is just for us. Unlimited access to coffee, water, fruits, etc. Simply perfect!

Very beautiful room in a historic building, very spacious and impeccably clean. coffee, tea and water always available. The staff were all very professional, close, very welcoming and available for anything we needed. The lounge has an amazing restaurant with different dining rooms, all with impressive decoration and a beautiful garden in between that it is also a cozy and idyllic space for summer and spring. The restaurant staff, where they serve a delicious breakfast, has a 5 stars Service and tasting meals are a unique experience. Located in the best part of Rethymno down town in a beautiful historic city. Colours were something that Impress us a lot and the hotel new how to use them in a very apropriate way.

    Super nice and friendly hotel staff and the owner mister Kanakis. I really didn't want to leave. As I had a birthday, they helped me with the cake and gave me so nice gifts, my heart melted. The hotel itself is really nice, has spacious rooms, white marble floors, and has very well maintained territory with amazing places to look at sunsets... Breakfasts were delicious and cooked with love. I definitely recommend this place!!!

    Lovely place, it is located just by the sea and has beautiful private beach. The owner and personel of that hotel are amazing. Language is not a barrier there as you will be well looked after by everybody who work there. Suberb breakfast which you can enjoy while looking at the sea. I really recommend that place.

    Small familial hotel with a lovely nearly private beach; pity there is no much more umbrellas than 3 anyway this small beach with nobody is perfect and for bathing sea is perfect; rooms are large and clean parking and situation not far from rethimon and also with small restaurant around
