Count this as an absolute recommendation from me. I'm sure everyone would enjoy it. Reasonable rates without compromising on quality. We enjoyed a comfortable and well-appointed room at an affordable price point. We had a fantastic time at Kiotari Bay Resort for 7 nights with a family of four, one 16 year and one 11-year-old child. The food was good with the all-inclusive service. The dinners were really good, and the variety was exceptional with different themes each night. We only ate lunch once at the main restaurant, while the breakfasts were basically the same each morning, but due to the fact that there were plenty of items to choose from, this was not an issue. Also, the animation team was extremely good. We participated in several daytime activities (e.g. pool volleyball / water polo, basketball, aqua gym and yoga) and we attended the nightly programs as well which included concerts and shows and also contests. Great time, great fun!

We booked late in afternoon due to error on another booking and so glad we did.. we found this little gem. Gorgeous place. Great pool and beautifully decorated We was greeted on arrival with a welcome pack of basic thngs like water, snacks, fruit ect.which was lovely And the place had everything one wld need. Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianna. The villa was brand new, clean and well designed featuring spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals or even have a barbecue. The area was very calm and very close to the beach, meanwhile small shops, cafes were some minutes away by using a car. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back
