The apartment is new, clean and has all the amenities.The perfect beach is just a few steps from the accommodation, and within the camp there is also a restaurant with excellent service.As a special plus, I would like to highlight the attitude of all the employees at the camp, who were kind and always at your service, especially the manager Spyros.

Customer care is at its highest level in all areas. Place where you feel welcomed, respected, valued and want to stay longer. Directly to the beach with its own bar, while running maybe the best restaurant in Vrachos. Rooms are super clean, beds comfortable and sea view is extra. Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

Amazing property for a perfect vacation - the terrace with the private pool and the sea view is what we came for! And all the rest is perfect too - all the facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc., the small little nice gestures here and there (like the water, beer and fruits in the fridge), the great recommendations for restaurants and taverns… But above all that, we really greatly appreciated the hospitality of the hosts: Sevi and her family made my birthday special - thank you for everything! We’ll be happy to come again!

The location is perfect as the beach is a few minutes walk...

The location is perfect as the beach is a few minutes walk away. The host is welcoming and very attentive. The bed was comfortable with a general sense of cleanliness, however I found dead flies and dust on top of the fridge which gave it an overall uncomfortable feeling.

Riza and the surrounding villages are lovely with sea views...

Riza and the surrounding villages are lovely with sea views to die for. It is a very quiet peaceful area and you will need a car. We will definitely be going back again. The ancient cities of Nicopolis and Kassopi were really interesting and only a short drive from the Villa. Also the Roman Aquaduct at Fillippedia was well worth the drive.

We loved Artholiti, Alonaki, Skala, and also there were nice...

We loved Artholiti, Alonaki, Skala, and also there were nice beaches with no people at all. It is a good choice both for people looking for a total relaxation and those looking for more organized beach time (with sunbeds, bars...).

Riza is actually a village located in the hills.

Riza is actually a village located in the hills. Riza Beach has only about a dozen of residencies that are located relatively far apart from each other so it is very calm and quiet. Do note that there are no stores, restaurants etc in the vicinity so for everything you probably need to use a car. On the other hand this is a very big plus since it is very quiet and the beaches have very little people, usually just locals. Note also that there are more people on the beaches during the weekends since people are coming from inland.
