Great room 208 with sea view and double balcony. Next to the beach. Shutters for sliding doors broke down during usage but was quickly fixed next day. For compensation we got a bottle of red wine and late checkout time. Great reception, highly recommended, thanks Froso!

A lovely house 5-10 minutes walk from Kanali beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has a sea view. The hosts are very welcoming and generous, the house had everything you could ever need for your stay. There is a supermarket nearby, an excellent long beachfront for walking or jogging and easy access to many other beaches in the area, the mountains (you must visit Acherontas river), the Roman Nikopolis walled city with its theatre, the museum in Preveza city, the picturesque Preveza port, boat cruises to Paxoi. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the house or within 5-10 minutes' drive. The food was really good pretty much everywhere we went. The location of the house and the house itself allows for a relaxing holiday but there are also any options for exploring the area of Ipiros and nearby islands

Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

Amazing property for a perfect vacation - the terrace with the private pool and the sea view is what we came for! And all the rest is perfect too - all the facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc., the small little nice gestures here and there (like the water, beer and fruits in the fridge), the great recommendations for restaurants and taverns… But above all that, we really greatly appreciated the hospitality of the hosts: Sevi and her family made my birthday special - thank you for everything! We’ll be happy to come again!
