The location was absolutely excellent—quiet, serene, and incredibly peaceful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a perfect oasis for relaxation. The surroundings felt calm and rejuvenating, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The room was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.

The room spacious with fantastic views over the sea , gardens and pool area. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices and so was lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful and the whole hotel looked grand and very clean with plenty of facilities to keep you occupied.
