Cleaning is done daily, the bed is super comfortable, spacious room right on the beach. You do need to walk ~15 minutes until the tavernas but it is a pleasant walk. Large and clean pool. They also upgraded our room to one with seaview and that was a very pleasant, unexpected surprise. Bar outside the pool is opened until 00 and reception is 24/7.

Lovely apartment with great views across the harbour. Sami is a perfect location for accessing the rest of the island. There are several good restaurants - we can recommend Tereza, Deco and Il Familia in particular. We are hikers and the island has lots of trails with fantastic views over hills, valleys and the sea; an abundance of wildflower meadows was a major bonus. Try the small maritime museum just outside Sami : the owner has built a fantastic collection of replica boats of the past 3000 years.

What a gem 💎. Beautiful appartement close to the center og sami. Ferry terminal was only a short walk of max 10 minutes away. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The appartement had everything that we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Margarita Studio. The apartment was clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Separate shower to the WC which came in quite handy for our family of 4. The location is spectacular - close to Sami but we felt like we were in the countryside. We loved the daily procession of goats along the road. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout until our ferry departure time.

Nonna was perfect. Spotless, comfortable, modern, well located. Couldn't fault it at all. Zacharias is a lovely, friendly, welcoming host. The interior was beautifully designed. It felt very luxury and was the perfect place to come back to after long days exploring the island. Extremely comfortable beds, kitchen had everything required, lovely little outdoor space, useful utility, comfy sofa and large TV, great bathrooms. Sami is so charming and the perfect location in our opinion. It's central and easy to get to all the highlights Kefalonia has to offer. There is a great selection of restaurants and shops, the local people are friendly. It has a relaxed, authentic vibe. We loved it.
