Nice cozy place close to the sandy beach and lots of restaurants near by. The house is well maintained and has good facilities, Rooms are spacious AC in every room two bathrooms inside and one shower outside, a nice terrace and BBQ. Facilities available too. The hosts were vey nice and welcoming and instructed us well with all appliances as well as the surroundings to explore. We highly recommend this location.

Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

At breakfast you had a choice to eat. At dinner there were 4-5 dishes. Dessert not very diverse. The hotel is on the beach, the beach is quite narrow, but you could walk the length of the beach. Stones at the entrance to the water. The room is clean, spacious, with bath and beach towels, linen, toiletries.

The place is new and all the amenities are fresh. There is a fully equipped kitchen and everything is brand new. Living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the first floor and living room, bathroom and bedroom on the second. There is nice siting area with table and chairs and patio with outdoor soffas in the garden. The garden itself is well maintained, green and with ambient lights. Perfect for families or two couples. The location is about 300 metres from the Nikiti port and beach. All taverns and a small market are nearby. Umbrellas and beach chairs are provided by the owner. The owner was kind. She came by every day to ask if need towels or new sheets. Recommended!

Crowded, urban area with not so good beaches, small and very few nice sea zones. Restaurants on the beach are nice and good for evening strolls, but i prefer more quiet, beautiful beaches to urban aglomerations.
