We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which has been furnished with great attention to detail. It really does look as great as it does in the photos and is very spacious and cozy. Everything has been thought of. There are even parasols to borrow for the beach and mosquito plugs for the room (which you don't need, though, as there are even fly screens). The apartment was cleaned and the bed made every day, and fresh towels were provided for the pool. The pool is perfect for relaxing, it is very quiet and everything here is also beautifully designed. You feel completely at home and want for nothing. It was great to enjoy breakfast on the small private terrace in the courtyard. We highly recommend ordering breakfast from Anna the day before; it is delivered fresh to your door and tastes wonderful! Of course, you can also prepare your own meals in the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The location is also very good, as there is a bakery, restaurants, and a small shop within walking distance. You don't hear any noise from the airport here. We still recommend renting a car to explore the island's beautiful beaches and small towns. Simply fantastic! We also particularly liked the fact that there are only five rooms, making the hotel really small. We usually had the pool all to ourselves. You feel right at home at the Poesia Hotel, and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Anna, for everything!

From booking to checking out the experience was smooth and efficient. The property itself is high quality, with care and consideration everything has been thought through. It is remote and away from the hustle and bustle - perfect if you just want to relax and be calm but not too far if you want to get out and eat in any of the nearing towns - a car is definitely an advantage. Kostas and his team go well beyond any expectations and cater to your every need, nothing is more than 15 minutes away - the service is on point! Can't recommend this place enough, Ill be telling everyone who comes to Kefalonia to consider this place!

The owner was amazing, i missed my flight so she offered us to stay the whole day in her swimming pool and she gave us some beer for free, the room was amazing as well, i would strongly recommend to stay there and u can reach the whole island if u have a car,

Trapezaki is a small quiet village so if you are looking for clubs etc this is not for you. We enjoyed the quiet. The minimarket stocked most of what you would need and there were tavernas within walking distance. For what we wanted: a nice, quiet relaxed holiday, it was great.

It’s a lovely area.

It’s a lovely area. I’ve been to this accommodation 3 times now and although there are a few minor accommodation details to address it didn’t spoil my holiday. The views are fantastic. The gardens are beautifully kept and the owners are a joy to meet. The accommodation is clean and tidy and in a great location. I would still come back again.

When we visited the beach was quiet, secluded, almost felt private. It has a wonderful small mooring area for small boats and a fantastic beachside taverna called Denis which I would thoroughly recommend

We hired a bike to get around the Kephalonia but due to long distances I would recommend getting a car. Food was great, and we loved seeing the north of the island. Everyone we met was so friendly. I hope they have a good season this year.

Perfect location. Short walk to Trapezaki and Agios-Thomas beach. 20min drive from the airport. 3 beautiful bedrooms with lovely decor, very comfy beds and clean, new linen. The cutlery, pots, coffee machine and utilities were all fantastic. Good aircon. Lots of parking space. The shutters are really excellent to keep the rooms dark, if you like sleeping in. The view is inexplicable - to wake up to the open blue sea and swimming pool all surrounded by green grass and bush. So quiet. Many beautiful birds and trees.

A calm location in Trapezaki! Just like anywhere else on Kefalonia you need a car to explore. The Staff was amazing! The owner and his dad are so incredibly welcoming. We got an out of hour dinner when we arrived late thanks to a flight cancellation, we go valuable tipps for activities and he even gifted us a great bottle of wine to enjoy! I hope to return here in the future!

Beautiful, thoughtfully equipped villa. Good size pool. Great location, short walk to a shop, taverna, 2 brilliant restaurants and a cafe. You can walk to Trapezaki beach, we used our car as its a hilly walk coming back
