Heracles is the warmest and most soft spoken person we met on the trip. We were warmly greated and made feel like guests at someone’s house. Also he kindly let us checkout later as we went for a hike in the morning and desperately needed a shower before getting on our way.

What a wonderful hotel! A beautifully fitted out room; good quality materials and finishes throughout; comfortable bed; and only a short walk to the beach. Everything was perfectly clean. Marilena and her team do a fantastic job of looking after you, of making your whole experience good. And to top it off, the breakfast is a feast!

A gem in the mountain. You feel peaceful as soon as you arrive, although it is 15 min drive from the coast. Very nicely renovated, with plenty of places to sit and relax. The restaurant food is just amazing, the best we had!! deserves a star. Sublimes the fresh produce. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Nice hikes you can do around (we walked to the Arkadi monastery)

    Vrises is a very quiet and peaceful village.

    Vrises is a very quiet and peaceful village. There are no shops and the one taverna was closed during our stay, however, just 3.5 klms. away, there is a supermarket and a great taverna. Vrises is a perfect location for exploring the other Amari villages as well as hiking on the various trails.
