Pretty garden, big cold pool (for me the temperature was great, very refreshing) and a smaller warm one. The stuff is nice, breakfast was delicious. The room was specious, big bathroom. We had a lovely balcony with the pool and lake view. Overall, I loved it!

Where do I start??? The hosts obviously… the most amazing couple, super friendly, lovely, professional and people that put love into what they do. The space is the most amazing room we ever had. The connection with nature, the details, THE VIEW! You won’t find anything like the peace you find in this place! We should have kept it for a honeymoon! …forgot the food and the drinks and the staff, everything is perfect.

What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

Spotlessly clean and a beautiful place to stay. The owner himself takes care of the guests well. It's a little far from the centre but that was I was looking for. The hotel has a private parking space, which makes it ideal for guests travelling by car. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. Quiet places give you the possibility to rest and the garden also allows you to walk, relax and enjoy flowers and birds around. The personnel are very kind and patient. What amazing hotel. This was my second time in Atitlan and last time I made the mistake of staying in a larger village. This time I chose a smaller village and Aviva hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The room was incredible, comfy bed, stunning views, tasty coffee and a terrace to relax. And the breakfast was sooo good. Run, don't walk to stay here if you visit lake atitlan.
