Loved that the hotel is super traditional and offers temazcal, a very authentic Guatemalan sauna experience. Staff were great organizing a guide for a sunrise hike up to the Mayan nose viewpoint. They were also super accommodating about having to change dates twice. Really enjoyed their typical Guatemalan breakfast as well.

The views of the lake were incredible- room was clean, very good location close to some nice restaurants/bars. The rooftop areas were amazing, breakfast was delicious! The staff were very friendly & always so helpful! They were more than happy to help us out if we had any problems- highly recommend! Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Amigos :)

Hotel was good for the value paid, very friendly and helpful staff. We came for the IRTRA parks, for 3 days, and the hotel was really worthy. Swimming pool is a plus and my kids enjoyed it at the end of the day. Breakfast was included and it was ok for the money.

Our stay was great! The owner is amazing, extremely clean room and comfortable big king bed. Water was hot and we could walk to the main street in 2min! We'll definitely return.
