We got an upgrade to a room with a balcony once they knew we were on our honeymoon! The staff is super friendly and polite, the room is spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is just fabulous - the truffled spaghetti is insanely good. 100% recommend it!

The room was extremely spacious, including a large terrace, so for 4 people we felt extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent too. We ate twice in the restaurant and both the service and the food were outstanding. We reserved the Spa/Jacuzzi area for 2 hours, but the jacuzzi was not hot enough for us to enjoy it and the sauna was too hot. We also had massages which were very relaxing (50eur for 1h). The location is perfect for access to the park Entrance 1. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different routes to take in the park and where to eat. The best place we stayed on our whole trip to Croatia (and best deal).

The room was large and nicely furnished. We actually had room for both suitcases open at the same time! There was an elevator so we didn't have to schlep our bags up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was perfect and the restaurant food was delicious.

Really clean and great location from the National Park. Lovely reception and restaurant staff, incredibly helpful with arranging a packed lunch for at short notice and suggesting a local supermarket that opened early for me. Room was good size, really quiet and great to have the parking

Staff was very attentive and friendly. They gave excellent advice about navigation around the park for the amount of time we had to spend. Food was delicious, especially the trout! The bed was super comfy! The cottage is within short walking distance to the entrance and big waterfall. Thank you Jasminka and team!

    Very good location near plitvičke waterfalls and quite surrounding However, we have been pretty disappointed: -the photos seem outdated and do not reflect the condition of the guesthouse. It is not modern and not very clean. There is no playing ground with swings like in the photos. -internet did not work for 2 days and it has only been solved after multiple requests from our side -1 shower did not work and the host seemed very uninterested to solve the issue -the host became really unfriendly after we decided not to take the overpriced breakfast for the remainder of our stay. In the end the overcharged us -unfriendly and distant host
