It was our first time at this resort, and we were delighted by the high level of service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious and fresh, catering to a wide range of dietary needs. My 5-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the kids' room.

This was a gem of a find. Whilst technically a B&B it was brand new and extremely well appointed. It had only been open for 8 days! But for this you might have expected some teething problems but no, not at all. It ran like clockwork. With only 24 well equipped rooms, an outdoor roof deck and infinity pool it punched well above its weight. It also had a private and secure underground car park. The breakfast was fabulous, the staff very helpful and obliging and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel / B&B. Fantastic! We spent a week there and we will return.

Delicious breakfast (pancakes with strawberries were perfect), whole residence was very clean - cleaned every day, owners very friendly and always smiling. Location was very convenient (parking in front of residence, 5-10 minutes by feet to the center or to the beach. The terase on the roof was very nice and sunny. Thank you :-)

The place was really good for the money we paid for. All the staffs were really friendly and warm. We really enjoyed the stay and special shout out to our friend and the lovely host Goran. The location of this hotel is superb-right in the heart of Rovinj Old Town, just steps away from many charming restaurants and shops. What truly sets The Palace apart, however, is the exceptional service. The manager, Claudia and her assistant, Gea, are like angels. They personally helped us with all our luggage from the minibus to the hotel, which was a huge relief given the cobblestone streets and pedestrian-only areas. The interior decoration of the hotel is elegant and tastefully done, blending historical charm with modern comforts. Our room was spotless, cozy and well-appointed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout, every detail felt carefully considered. We highly recommend The Palace to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rovinj.
