I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation house, and I can't express how amazing our experience was. House is located about a 20-minute drive from Gracac, providing peace and quiet. The owner welcomed us with homemade pastries (ustipci), pancetta, and rakija, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The house itself is beautifully renovated, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers a stunning view of the garden, and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The thoughtful amenities, including books, board games, karaoke, and outdoor activities like volleyball and dartboard, provided endless entertainment. The entire house is filled with wooden details that add a special charm to the stay. The house has ample parking space and a separate room for grilling meat. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. I can't recommend this vacation house enough. It truly felt like a piece of paradise, offering tranquility and luxury in equal measure. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back!

The room was very good ( seems like you are the first to stay there, brand new) and the housekeeper is a very kind lady. The location is 25 minutes from knin and the nearest supermarket is there. So keep in mind to bring your essentials during your stay. There is a water well near the house where you can fill your bottles with fresh water. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place to stay. The host is very generous and the price was very low for such good accommodation. The host was very generous and prepared a very nice plate of food for us since we did not have groceries with us. It was highly appreciated. The host also walked with us to show places which were 15 min walk from the accommodation. It was an exceptionally nice gesture I would say. we walked and run in the neighborhood. There is a cave to visit 20km away from the place and also the start of the river which in high water time has a waterfall that would be nice to visit. We walked there but there was lower water and no waterfall at the end of June 2023

Wow! This was the nicest apartment we came across in Croatia and it was also affordable. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. It is super modern (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, big TV) and it is all neatly cared for with cute details and plants. We could have easily staye longer here without needing anything else. The owners were both very friendly, they do not speak English very well, but with google translate it was easy to communicate. In the area there is a supermarket, a delicious roadside restaurant, a cave and many hiking trails. Because of the beautiful surroundings, cheap prices everywhere and only 40 minutes from the sea, we really liked this part of Croatia. We really recommend these apartments! It was almost nicer than our own apartment in the Netherlands haha.
