The complimentary breakfast was so nice!! We booked 2 identical rooms and both were exceptionally comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect and quiet. The host was there to help us with our luggage and hand over the keys. All around excellent experience.

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located high but with a gentle approach. We had a few minutes walk to the beach. We were in Primosten for the third time and were enchanted by the beautiful, wide beaches, so everyone will find a place for themselves. We spent a 2 nice weeks there. In June there are not so many tourists yet, so the city and beaches are not crowded. Thank you for the nice time we spent.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even had a lovely terrace with a sitting area where we could dry our clothes. The location in the old city center was perfect - beaches, shops, and restaurants were all very close by. The owner, Zlatko, was extremely kind and helpful. After check-out, he even let us leave our luggage in another apartment which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped — everything we needed was there, and even more. The location is just perfect: only a 5-minute walk to the beach, the charming old town, and several great restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The owner was very nice...welcomed us right away when we arrived, ask us if we need anything that she could provide for us or if we need anything to help with. The lady owner provided even the basic drinks in the fridge if we will need, including some fruits and a bottle of wine..The bathroom was very well equipped with the basic things that people need for their holiday..., so even if you would forget something at home, definitely you would find in the bathroom. She was available 24/7 if we would need anything and on her birthday, she even brought us some cake to taste... The appartment is right at the beach, just across the road, and very close to the old town. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable place to stay during their holiday.

We had a great vacation in this apartment. It was very clean and spaceious and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped and also the bathrooms. It was a plus with two bathrooms since we were 4 adults and one child. The beds were very good and the bed linens, just like in a hotell. We loved the direct poolacess from the big terass and the pool area was 10/10. The pool was perfectly heated. Everything in the apartment is of very good quality. Nice location in a new developed area. Short walk downtown and to the beaches. We will definitely come back to Pearl Garden.
