We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house located very close to entrance 1 of the park. The room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The host was increadibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and offer local tips. Breakfast was fresh and of excellent quality, with plenty of choices to start the day right. Higly recommend for a memorable stay!

Such a lovely place and kind hosts. Location is very good, 10-15 minutes walk from the entrance 1. I had a room with a kitchen area, which was cozy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and generous, Ana was preparing scrambled eggs and offered also other lovely homemade and local products. She also prepared an omelette for me when I arrived late at night and needed to eat. A warm recommendation for staying here.

We spent two nights here. The apartment was same in person as in the photos. It was incredibly quiet, you could rest very well at night. The entrance of Lake Plitvice is only about a 15 minute walk away. It is especially ideal for families who want to go on trips and relax. We loved it, just regret that we couldn't spend more time here. Maybe next time.

The rooms are maintained and cleaned in an exemplary manner, the linen was immaculate, I don’t think I have ever seen any place cleaner than this. Both rooms are on the first floor and it is worth asking for the room with the balcony if you plan to use it. Also note that use of air-conditioning is +3€ per day. We did not have breakfast as we left for the lakes at 6:45, so cannot comment on it. The location is a 10’ easy walk from Entrance 1 of the Plitvice lakes, so extremely practical, and there are shops for food, drinks etc within 5’ by car. There is parking in the property, just below the balcony. At night it was super quiet. A brilliant choice as à base to explore the lakes.

    We were there in April and went just for Plitvic lakes, it was quite cold in the morning & evening, glad we had our puffer jackets. An absolute bonus was the gorgeous little village of Rastoke, stunning and the best food of our entire 2 weeks in Croatia.

    It is close to the national park and has several accommodation options. The surrounding regions are beautiful and picturesque, and from what I saw, there are several hiking trails. Food around the area is limited, but several guest houses serve food. It was easy to reach from Zadar by bus and offers excellent access to the National Park.

    The accommodation is a short distance from the Plitvice Lakes, a quiet and peaceful location. The apartments were clean, the rich continental breakfast is in the neighboring house, the communication regarding the accommodation is perfect. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer. We will be very happy to come back.

    This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

    This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Personally, I recommend it because it is at the end of the road (just 2km), away from the bulk of the places like it, making for a nice quiet and slightly out-of-the-way place. The people are very nice and accommodating, like making us sandwiches to take away for breakfast since we left early. It shows just how few people do this because they had to figure out what they were going to do in this case. But, this is industrial type travel, everyone doing one night in and out, so it's nice but don't expect any contact with people who work there. Again, most people arrive late in the day and leave the next day, so you just need to be off that schedule a bit to enjoy the quiet and natural beauty. Then the people arrive and the empty echo of the place turns into noise. I asked the people who arrived to remember others were there and they toned it down - but the sound reverberates a lot.

    we got in late around 8:30 from a long drive from Split. Waitress said kitchen was open until 9 so we were Happy. We ate right at the Hotel which had a very lovely dining room. Served great soup and salad. I had Pasta Bolognese which was delicious and my wife had the fish which also was good. Rooms were modern and clean yet the surrounding landscape was rustic, wooded and charming. We took a 10 minute nature walk right into Plitvice National Park the next morning.

    Clean, quiet and good location.

    Clean, quiet and good location. The host wasn’t very welcoming. The room was humid when we arrived but the host didn’t want to turn on AC. Also they could provide at least some kettle or coffee machine just to show a little more hospitality. Also he answered my message in Croatian

    Ana is an excellent and authentic host and keeps a lovely guesthouse close to Plitvice lakes. We loved the attention to ensuring we were comfortable, and the apartment we booked was spacious and inviting and is better than the photos! Definitely have the breakfast as Ana makes homemade jams, pastries and biscuits and the creamiest eggs we've tasted. About 15mins walk from Entrance 1 and is shorter going through the carpark than up the main road and into Rastovaca ulica.
