It was the best place we stayed while in Bali! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the facilities was so great. The pool was fantastic and so instagrammable, the room super clean and the food amazing. Apart from the breakfast which was delicious, we ordered dinner a few times and it was just as great. The cocktails were simple, but their non alcoholic options were quite fancy! Lastly, one day we ordered the floating breakfast and it was the highlight of our stay! Next time we visit Bali, we'll definitely stay here again!

Everything. The staff was extremely polite, always with a smile on their face, ready to help you and they make the whole experience really special and memorable. The room was very clean and the location was good. We took our breakfast in our room and it was lovely. They even prepared for us a breakfast box in order to give it to us since we were about to go to activity before the breakfast hours.

Here, you will be surrounded by beauty and feel a true sense of harmony. Imagine falling asleep to the sound of the rain and hearing the chirping of cicadas in the evenings. A special highlight for us was the incredible opportunity given by the villa's owner, Mr. Agung. He showed us his authentic Balinese home and told us about his family's life and traditions. It was so interesting and insightful — one of the most memorable and best experiences of our entire trip to Bali. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a truly comfortable stay. There's a wonderful pool where you can refresh yourself at any time. We would also like to thank the staff for the wonderful breakfasts and for their friendliness and hospitality. You can always turn to them with any question, and they will definitely help you resolve it.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was the best stay. The people were the nicest you could ever expect. They organised trips and activities that made us experience the best of Ubud and help us make the best of our time. We especially recommend the sunrise trekking, which was a very special activity with the most amazing view on the island from mount Batur. We also took a Balinese cooking class which was so much fun to do with the nice people from the hotel. A full day tour allowed us to visit all the "go to" places with a personal tour guide for the entire day. The hotel restaurant (Wajik) is definitely a place to go as well, the food is delicious and the hospitality is amazing. The room was beautiful, with a view of the jungle and a bathtub on the terrace. The infinity pool has the same amazing jungle view. Special thanks to Anta and Tutik, who were the best hosts you could expect. Definitely recommend coming here if you would like to check out the Ubud area!

You won't find another hostel like that! Nunu is located in a lovely village, surrounded by rice fields, not too far from Tanah Lot and Canggu is easy to reach as well. The Dorm is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. If you don't want to explore around, you can just stay in Nunu and spend the day just chilling in one of the two swimming pools and enjoy silence and peace. Staff is absolutely lovely.

I love how clean this place is. Everything is well maintained and taken care of. I am a person who is particular about cleanliness and I can say this property didn't bother me at all when it comes to this. It's so clean that you don't wanna mess up this room and help them maintain this property, so I always take my food out to eat in a lounge rather than eat in my room because I wanted to maintain this ant-free clean room haha I love the facility as in I loved the swimming pool, sun bed, and a small lounge area where I could just chill and do my own things. I absolutely adore the view from my room, and every morning I was so happy to wake up to this view! Breakfast is simple but good enough, you get to choose one between a sweet option and a veg option if I am not mistaken. I always went for the veg option which comes with a bit of salad, bread, fruits, and a selection of beverages. I love the staff here so much, probably this is the biggest reason I would like to be back sometime in the future. They are so polite and always willing to help all the time.

On my trip around the world, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Uma Kalai and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and attentive staff, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. Our suite itself was stunning. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. Perhaps most impressive, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff throughout my stay. From the manager Eka to the two butlers Ade and Dicky to our driver Rana who went above and beyond to accommodate our various requests to the housekeeping team who ensured that our room was always pristine, every member of the staff was dedicated to ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. We also indulged in a relaxing spa treatment at the hotel's spa. This was the reason why we decided to extend our stay twice at the Uma Kalai.
