I loved it. the Beach was paradise, water clear. Pool was very funny always with music and a lot of Energy. Absolutely loved our apartment, couldn’t be More clean, luxurious, comfortable and perfect. The staff was very very Nice and they even came with us to explore the town. Plenty of things to do, including snorkling you just need to ask in the reception.

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . Very good transportation between the ferry terminal and the hotel. Staffs are very nice and kind. They're very detailed and organized. Breakfast provided is fresh and tasteful. Drivers are also easy to approached. Activities are value for money and good experience.
