I love the room! I love the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the breakfast because i was dead drunk and couldn't wake up in time. I hope they have bigger rooms to cater family or group of friends. Connecting rooms perhaps. Thank you for the room setup too! 14Oct22 till 16oct22

    all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.

    Hotel area is very convenient , just walk distance to the mall Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room. but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away. we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before. will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

    Air-cond can be adjusted to give the best comfort, TV is clear with the brightness best suit my eyes. Two types of water spray make shower most comfortable. If water pressure can be improved will add more comfort to showering.....

    The hotel was just beside Nagoya hill mall. Very close proximity. Clean room, clean bathroom, and most importantly I'm happy that the bathroom has a water hose :) complimentary mineral water provided and hot drink coffee facility :) there is also a welcome drink at level 1 provided :) staff at check in counter was friendly and the bell boys who help us to carry our luggages. Air-conditioning in the room was working well 😃

    Room and toilet are clean and in good condition. The nearest mall is the Nagoya Hill Mall which is a 5 min walk away. Food vendors line the street at night and setup tables for open-air street food dining. There’s also a 24-hr chicken rice place beside the hotel for quick meals any time. Wifi maybe unstable depending on your floor and room. But, just walk 3 minutes to Lucky Plaza and get a data sim for $5.

    Average spread at breakfast but the indomie cart is a great idea. Would have been better to have clearer signs for the egg station. As for the room, bed and pillows were v comfortable, toilet is huge and the complimentary minibar which was stocked up daily was a nice surprise. Last but not least, service throughout hotel from concierge, front desk to buffet area were all very good.
