This was an amazing property. We came in late and was hungry and were delighted with the 24/7 restaurant. The staff were amazing and helpful. We were even given a late 4pm checkout on day of departure without any additional charge. The pools were lovely. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The service was impeccable, and the cleaning staff, always sporting warm smiles, maintained an exceptionally high standard. We had such a lovely stay at Poppies. It was our first night in Bali, and the team made everything so easy and wonderful. They were happy to arrange airport pick up, and the driver waited when our plane was delayed and brought us water. On arrival at the hotel, we were given a delicious welcome drink and they carried out luggage to the room on a little cart. The room was spotless, and had every amenity you could think of (umbrellas if you planned to go out in the rain, travel water bottles filled with water, spa products in the bathroom that smelt wonderful, bath robes). It honestly felt like a five star experience. The bed was insanely comfortable. They gave you a little checklist to choose your breakfast and hang on your door handle, then the next day it was delivered to our veranda for us under cloches. Everything was perfectly cooked and included some really nice local fruits and Indonesian coffee. We woke up early the next day and relaxed in their gorgeous pool area, where they provided towels. When we had to leave, they helped us book a taxi to our next stay. It was honestly such a well thought out hotel experience and we had wonderful time at Poppies. I only wish they'd had another night available to book! Thank you team X
