Nuna Bungalow is a beautiful place, surrounded by nature that is well cared for and full of charm. You can see it’s relatively new and everything is kept in great condition. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated – a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring! We also want to share two personal tips for anyone visiting Riung. First: in the evening, go to Rico Rico. Even if it’s your first time, you’ll feel like you’ve known everyone forever. You can eat, have a beer and spend the night singing together with locals and travelers – a truly special experience! Second: we warmly recommend Aji as a driver and guide. We arranged our transfer from Riung to Bajawa with him even before arriving in Indonesia, through Nuna Bungalow. We had such a great time that we canceled our other transfers and traveled with him all the way to Labuan Bajo, making several wonderful stops. Aji is not only a careful and safe driver, but also a fantastic guide who will make sure you don’t miss any of Flores’ beauty, sharing stories and details about this amazing island. We even spent time together laughing and sharing Arak! If you need a driver or guide in Flores, ask the Nuna Bungalow staff about Aji! You won’t regret it.

Incredible. We’ve had two wonderful days with an exceptional staff. I only have words of gratitude for Lexi and Antho, who made our stay so easy, pleasant, and truly memorable. The accommodation is just perfect: it has everything you need, the air conditioning works flawlessly, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, and the breakfasts are delicious. It was all very clean, new, airconditioning! and the owners are so sweet!! Also, good breakfast with banana pancake and fruit. The owner helped me a lot by arranging the boat tour and drive to Bajawa. I was also able to rent his scooter. There is the cutest dog and chickens walking around. Just lovely !

Sometimes it is the people who make a place truly special. At Bintang Wisata Riung we were warmly welcomed by the owners. They are not just friendly, they are genuinely kind and truly care about making you feel comfortable. One real highlight: the owner has his own boat and offers private tours to the 17 Islands. It was an experience we will not forget. Snorkelling at beautiful spots, crystal clear water, almost no other people, and flying foxes in the trees. Moments that really stay with you. The barbecue on a small island was simply fantastic. Fresh fish, plenty of food, and absolutely delicious. It was personal, relaxed, and far away from mass tourism. The accommodation was good, clean, and perfectly fine for our stay. The breakfast was rich and varied. Everything fit together perfectly and we felt completely at ease. If you are looking for more than just a place to stay in Riung and want real experiences, Bintang Wisata Riung is exactly the right choice. We can recommend this place from the heart.

Tam is very nice and friendly person. He organized transportation , boat tours and everything I needed for comfortable stay. The area is very green and nice and bungalows are very comfortable. Tasty food . Best place to stay in Riung .

Outstanding service from Paulo and his family were very welcoming from the beginning and they offered to help in many ways (including booking the trip to the islands). We enjoyed the breakfast. Also, they can do laundry if needed and it was much appreciated. Room was comfortable, spacious and AC working as well as comfortable bed. Paulo made sure we were not missing anything and felt just like at home.

We had a great stay here and would suggest this guest house to everyone! The host is great and the whole family is so nice and helpful, we enjoied our time a lot. The room is nice, clean and big enough. And the quest house is near the jetty and next to a nice restaurant. And the host will also help organizing the boat tour to the islands with captain alex who is amazing.

Mentos bungalowz was an amazing place to stay in Riung close to the harbour. Mentos is a very nice host that can arrange anything. We went fishing and had the best time! You can also book the island boat trip there as well, it was very amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the many cats roaming the place are very very cute too. The breakfast was the best that we have had, compared to other homestays. Thank you so much mentos we had the best time!

Amazing place overall! Pretty Comfortable rooms and easy to meet other travellers. Mentos is an amazing guy, he arrange a nice tour for us to the 17 islands and then made a cake for my birthday that we enjoyed at the homestay with a couple of bintangs.
