I had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Craft Homestay! Raja is a very welcoming host who truly enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area — he took me to visit some beautiful local spots and traditional craft workshops. We also cooked a traditional meal together, which was a really nice experience. The accommodation is charming and comfortable, nestled among rice fields and native plants, offering a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. I also highly recommend stopping by to try the food — it’s delicious!

If you want a true Lombok (Sasak) experience, this is the perfect place to stay. The homestay is modest but very clean, plus what makes it special is the wonderful family with their huge welcoming hearts. The home-cooked food was absolutely delicious—and if you’d like something different, you can simply buy special ingredients at the local market, and they’ll prepare a fantastic meal for you. They were even thoughtful enough to offer me earplugs for the early morning prayers, which shows how much they care about their guests. During my stay, I truly felt like part of their extended family—taking it slow, walking around the rice fields, and enjoying the rhythm of everyday village life. This was probably one of my favorite places to stay in Indonesia. The little hut is perfectly located in nature with views of the forest and ricefield. The bungalows is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. The terrace was probably my favorite spot to have breakfast and read at night. It was SPECIAL place!

Lombok Hidden Village is a truly lovely place run by wonderful people. Great clean rooms, amazing pool and restaurant area. We had an amazing few days with lovely tours of the Monkey forest, rice fields, waterfalls and local villages. If you’re into cooking go for their cooking class, a great way to learn Indonesian food. Special thanks to Toni for being n excellent guide and Udi for being a great host.

Dewi Rinjani Homestay was a wonderful place to stay! The accommodation is located in the middle of the nature and offers a beautiful view. The family who runs the homestay is incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. We also joined a great guided tour through the rice fields and to some stunning waterfalls. A real highlight of our trip. We absolutely recommend everyone to stay there, we had an amazing time!
