The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. I have experienced this hotel as a fantastic, warm and beautiful hotel. Fantastic service and a great smile! The Mint & Pepper resto serves as a great breakfast room, but also for dinner or just a drink. Thanks to Pak Budi and his team. Their is also a fantastic pool. I would specifically like to thank Ms. Elsa Hindriyani and her team for taking care of cleaning my room everyday, doing the laundry and give me some extra attention to feel at home.

I like everything in Atria Residences the rooms, breakfast, and facilities, It has a perfect location that is just a min walk to our workshop location and there's a big mall which is just around 3-5 min walk where you can enjoy shopping, dining and listening to live band and there are also convenience stores around the hotel, but what I like the most are the Atria Residences staff. They are so kind, easy to approach, and very accommodating to our needs and queries especially Ms. Franciska and Ms. Lita who are the kindest and friendliest of all!
