Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Were helpful booking taxi very early in the morning. Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable nights sleep. Near the big shopping centre if that is why you are here. Nice restaurant up on the 4th floor. Decor seems new and very modern

From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will come back again this hotel. Not to forget Receptionist counter Lina, Rhodi, Sheena always assist me with attentive

The staff were lovely! They were so friendly and really put u at ease.. from the front receptionists to the waitresses at the restaurant and the live band during dinner. I really enjoyed myself. If I recall correctly their lovely staffs were Ayu, Kay and Natalia! Kudos to them for a great job! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 oh.. and the breakfast set was enjoyable and BBQ dinner was lovely.

Loved the bespoke room - it was really well decorated and the whole setting really made you feel like you were away from it all. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was great and the service was really efficient. The Spa treatments were fantastic and really relaxing.

It was an excellent stay! I stayed for 2 nights. The check-inn was smooth. I had to pay for early check-inn (not much tbh) the guy at the reception i am not sure if it was Agus sorry i forgot his name, he was great. Honestly, this place is underrated. They serve nice breakfast and the people are very nice! Will choose this hotel again for my next visit.
