The Snug at the BH exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere instantly relaxing. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect mix of comfort and style. Every little detail felt thoughtful, from the quality bedding to the small touches that made it feel special. The breakfast options are excellent, and the overall vibe made it easy to unwind. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with the Hamlet. The room was clean, organized, with a lot of space. It had a bath and a shower. All the people there were very welcoming, helpful and nice with us, from the reception to the pub. The food at the pub was so good and worth the price. Great quality/price balance.

Kinnegad was the perfect spot to begin.

Kinnegad was the perfect spot to begin. It is relaxed and has several advantages. It is close to many walks and bigger towns eg Mullingar,, you can bus up to Dublin for the day very easily so no wrestling with the traffic or parking fees. The local pub “Scanlons” is a fabulous place to grab a meal and meet some of the locals (and the apple crumble was delicious).
