As observed by others, the villa is bigger and nicer than the images imply. Perfect for a large family gathering, with a well equipped kitchen and an outdoors barbecue. The iced drink maker was a hit with the kids. Well-heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, ping pong table, and even a fussball game. Nearby supermarket, open daily until 11pm, perfect. Large comfortable guestrooms, with lofts for kids. And the host... Such a gracious, kind person! Oh, pet-friendly too, which our two dogs really appreciated.

We booked a large family room and were pleasantly surprised — it turned out to be a separate house with its own rooftop terrace! The terrace has cozy sofas and tables, and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. When we arrived, we realized we were running late for a wine tasting at Recanati. The staff quickly helped us arrange a taxi and even contacted the organizers so they would wait for us. That was very kind and much appreciated! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to visit the spa with the hammam. The hotel grounds are very clean, and there's a small pond with colorful fish — a lovely touch. Highly recommended! We only stayed one night, and we wish it had been longer.

The room is very cozy and clean... had everything we needed (and more) like towels, coffee, milk. The hot tub is huge. Great location in the old city. Amazing service - responds quickly and helped us with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place.
