I travelled there for work. Its a really nice place. Kozhikode to Bangalore bus went through wayanad, a tiger reserve, Mysore (and Mysore palace). The weather was pleasant. Auto drivers are good and try speaking a mix of Hindi - English to make you understand what they mean. I also visited Orion Mall. Again, it was a short business trip. For the very first time I was using an electronic key card. The rooms are spacious and the staff are cooperative. I only hope they had a restaurant in the hotel. The outside food was too oily.
