This place is set in a truly spectacular setting. The café/chill area is such a nice and relaxing place to sit down. The guesthouse is walking distance from shops/restaurants and the lake nearby which is beautiful. Santosh the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming and obliging. My hut was clean and spacious, with a little terrace at the back offering a stunning view. I was unaware before getting to Hampi that you can't cross the river by boat during monsoon season so it takes approximately 40 minutes in tuk tuk. I would recommend for those his stay in South Hampi (which I also did for a couple of nights) to also spend at least a night or two in North Hampi, as it offers something completely different –beautiful green countryside and natural beauty!

Vary much new property clean and hygiene with lush green paddy fields view very kind staff helpful in every aspect. The owner said the itinerary to explore and transportation was provided by the property on a discounted price. Love to visit again.

The cottage and bathroom is both super clean and nice! Comfortable place with a beautiful landscape. The surrounding and place itself is very calm and wide which enables you to have some personal space. The food is amazing and Raju and his wholesome family are always there to help. My sister and I were very happy to have landed in Anu Homestay and to be surrounded by their nice energy! :)

We can't recommend this place enough! On our journey there we struggled with directions, and Mani (who speaks excellent English) assisted us by booking us an Auto from the nearby town that we got off and even spoke to the bus driver to coordinate it for us!! The whole time he and his family made us feel completely at home. It is an absolutely beautiful homestay with a garden courtyard where we enjoyed our breakfast (delicious and included in price!) every morning. The room was really large and the bed was comfy, and though the facilities were basic they were all we required. We ate dinner there 2 nights in a row as the Thali was delicious and so much cheaper than other local options. Staying on the northern side of the river was the best choice.... the village was so friendly and chilled. Don't bother hiring bikes or motos.... you can catch the short boat or ferry trip over and get to most of the temples easily on foot or by Auto. We loved our stay here and only wish it was longer!
