The unique design & the central location next to the Fort and the Stepwell. The staff were wonderful & the food was outstanding, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts & had a fantastic meal in the RAAS restaurant overlooking the Fort. We also went to the Stepwell Cafe (accessed by a private passageway from the RAAS) and ate on the Stepwell Cafe rooftop overlooking the steps and fort. The RAAS rooftop bar was also excellent. The jewellery shop within the hotel has a stunning selection of jewellery. The hotel was calming and peaceful considering it's location!

The grandeur is out of this world . But what makes me love that place every time I am there is the hospitality . The care shown to us from everyone spl the old staff : Sikandar ji , Sajjan ji , Siddique ji , Aryan Sisodia and many many others from kitchen dep specially was absolutely out of this world. It is a newly opened hotel, and the rooms are brilliantly heritage I feel safe and secure tremendously, the behaviour of the service staff and the receptionist is highly kind, and cleanliness and hygiene are superb. Fort view from the rooms and restaurant feels auspicious.
