Amazing staff, all very helpful and great Very safe even if forgot my wallet they called me and they did all the needed to send it me back home to kuwait safely, the hotel manager himself helped in this. Breakfast is great and so many variety Lovely location next to the mall 2 mins walking, buses available to take you to the shrine and back even 10 mins walking to imam hussein shrine. Parking available in the hotel. Lovely staying in the hotel, will be back sure next time

The best place to stay in Karbala clean view room service food all great I love stay there again But the only problem got there is the booking.com or the hotel over booked me But still hotel managed the room for me but charge me bit extra $$$$$$
