I liked everything! It was the perfect place to be in Castellammare del Golfo! The place is Amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent. I loved the attention and wonderful disposition of all the staff. They were all very helpful and "troppo gentile". The reception people were Awesome and totally helpful at all times (Grazie mille in modo particolare a Nicolo' e Gabriella) Excellent breakfast, lovely people for breakfast, very well kept rooms, thank you Vita, all in all it was an exceptional stay xxx

The beach here is fantastic; white sand and clear blue water...

The beach here is fantastic; white sand and clear blue water stretching for miles in either direction with a great view of the whole bay. It is not overrun by tourists and there are few places to eat out. This is ideal for the self catering tourist with a vehicle. Supermarkets within a short drive and nice restaurants up and down the coast. Castellammare del Golfo is a 10 minute drive max. A very relaxing area.

The hotel is very modern and with a good connection to Palermo Airport. It was a great place to explore the local area and cities like Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, and Erice. TheTerme Segestane is an absolute must! What makes this hotel very special and I would say exceptional is the staff, from the front desk staff to room service and staff in a restaurant, who made us feel very welcome and our stay unforgettable. The breakfasts were delicious! It's a perfect place for a romantic retreat.

I would like to point out the exceptional hospitality of Giuseppe and Jessica, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was super clean, very important for a family with kids. Breakfast, awesome!! Everything was fresh and tasty. The pool was clean, open the whole day, and the pool chairs extremely comfortable for relaxation. We were very satisfied, one of the best hotels we have stayed in ever!! Thank you guys. We wish we could have stayed more. Until we come back to Sicily, ci vediamo!!!

The personnel is extremely helpful, kind and supporting with real care. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh and super-tasty, I loved the croissant with pistachio mouse - be sure to try it. You can enjoy the breakfast in the shadows of garden with beautiful view of the bay and Castellammare del Golfo. I'd be happy to visit this place again!

Hotel was located at the beach, had umbrellas and chairs. Hotel had pool. Breakfast was very good by Italian standards - eggs and bacon, croissants, different cheeses and local cured sausage. Nutella and breakfast cereals etc. Room was small for one queen bed and two single beds (one single bed was actually sofa converted to bed).
