Breakfast is fantastic : home-made cookies and cakes. Also cheese, ham, home-made bread and a gorgeous home-made olive oil flavoured with basilic. Staff is vey kind and helpful. Very cosy place, well suited for families and couples, with a fantastic view over the gulf of Castellamare.

I liked everything! It was the perfect place to be in Castellammare del Golfo! The place is Amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent. I loved the attention and wonderful disposition of all the staff. They were all very helpful and "troppo gentile". The reception people were Awesome and totally helpful at all times (Grazie mille in modo particolare a Nicolo' e Gabriella) Excellent breakfast, lovely people for breakfast, very well kept rooms, thank you Vita, all in all it was an exceptional stay xxx

The sheer quality of the staff/service provided! For me, a 6* rating, despite the 3* - presumably due to the off site location of parking facilities; not ideal. In particular, a senior waiter in the restaurant - Renato. His general professionalism/ coupled with his knowledge of cuisine and P R added substantially to the enjoyment of our stay! Excellent location in the heart of the old town and 5 minute walk to the harbour and sea front and lots of restaurants nearby. The accommodation is superb with quality furnishings and beautiful interior design. The spa treatments are first class and all the staff were helpful and accommodating.
