Baunei was a beautiful town which exceeded expectations.
Baunei was a beautiful town which exceeded expectations. It is brilliantly located 15/20 mins away from stunning rocky or sandy beaches. There are 2 little supermarkets which do a roaring trade and some lovely restaurants as well as a very popular gelateria which is open until 11ish! Baunei is a beautiful historical village built on the side of a mountain. The views are amazing. Great restaurants and gelato. Fun place to visit for a few nights. We loved Baunei.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The rustic yet modern interiors of the bedroom were lovely! The views of the mountains from the terrace were stunning especially at sunset. Excellent location and only short drive to the starting point for Cala Goloritze hike- highlight of our trip!
