The location of the property was great as a midway point between Linate Airport and Torri Del Benaco. We only stayed here for 1 night as a stop off but what we experienced was exceptionally good. We arrived late but the self check instructions that we received were clear & easy to follow. Parking was easy and a short walk to the room. The room itself was lovely, it was very spacious which was needed with 2 adults and 2 young children. The room and bathroom were both spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable with a choice of pillows with different firmness and lovely clean linen. The decoration & furnishings were all to a high standard. Tea, coffee & water were all provided in the room. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic & a hair dryer was also provided. We had breakfast included and at 7.30am a fabulous breakfast basket was dropped off outside our room. I was really impressed with the selection & the quality of the food & drinks provided. In the daylight the outside area looked lovely, a good size balcony with table and chairs and a lovely courtyard area to look over. We really enjoyed our short stay here & would have loved to have stayed longer here to explore the grounds.

It's great whe you're traveling and finding hosts like Franka and her husband. Very friendly, extremely helpful (our flight was delayed and they were waiting for us), and with a smile on their faces. They prepared our breakfast and treated us like been part of their family. The house was very clean and organized and most of all, in a very quiet street. We loved their garden !!!!!! The proprietor and her husband were very charming. This is a very restful place to stay. The owners went the extra mile to ensure everything went well, for instance, opening up their garage so I could store my motorcycle securely overnight. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area.
